The complainant narrated that the accused initially presented himself as a Hindu, establishing a bond that gradually became intimate. It was only later that she discovered his actual faith. Upon learning he was Muslim, she says he began urging her to convert to Islam and to formalize their relationship through marriage.
She also alleged that the man threatened to circulate her photographs on social media platforms if she rejected his demands, adding intimidation to the alleged coercion.
